Refunds
Due to the nature of digital goods, we offer a limited refund policy.
This means that we will not offer refunds once you have downloaded the digital product.
To be eligible for a refund :
Product must have not been downloaded.
Provide reasoning for refund and have followed all terms of service protocols.
Rules
Assets made by Cove Haven may be used on COMPLETE models for Commercial, Free, Public, Nitro
ALL meshes made by Cove Haven are for VRCHAT ONLY.
Editing any product from Cove Haven is fine as long as it is still credited as (product name) By CoveHaven_Hanami2305, even if heavily edited.
you HAVE to put in ur Discord + ID, when checking out, if you dont, i will block ur email from purchasing again and revoke your downloads. you cannot retrieve that block nor the revoke of downloads.
DO NOT Sell/Re-selling Cove Haven assets/models by itself/claiming as your work is prohibited. Anything purchased from Cove Haven MUST be on a Complete Model
DO NOT Asset Farm from purchased models OR models made by Cove Haven is prohibited.
DO NOT Share any product by Cove Haven to friends/leaking/trading/price splitting.
